What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our custom home building and renovation services
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including post creation, scheduling, planning, and engagement strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Conceptualize and produce marketing photography and videography from planning shoots to editing and posting to support digital campaigns
- Create, schedule, and monitor content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audiences
- Develop and manage a reviews acquisition strategy to build and maintain a strong reputation across platforms
- Track and report digital marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on analytics and trends
- Optimize SEO and manage website updates to improve user engagement and search rankings
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other digital communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support promotional content and ad campaigns
- Bring new creative ideas and innovations to the team based on industry trends
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, design, or construction industries
- Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong photography and videography skills able to plan and execute visual content independently
- Experience developing content strategies and managing online communities
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for design
- Highly organized self-starter who can work independently while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with online review platforms and strategies for reputation management is a plus
Salary, Schedule, and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $20$30/hour, based on experience and location
- Schedule: 1525 hours per week
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
